Stuck in Drive

Once upon a time in the fabled Greenwich Village not too far away, our hero Kristen and her bandmate Cassidy used to perform in what were known as Acoustic Duo shows over at The Bitter End. On a cold night in February of 2000 however, they almost didn't make it. Well, why don't let our hero tell the experience in her own words?
Some good news, for those of you that don't know our bad news, which is the fact that we just drove in—the bad news first really quickly. We just drove in and we were trying to find a parking spot, which is always bad news, but not only did we not find a parking spot but umm, our car got stuck in drive where it remains as we speak, with our manager now sitting behind the wheel. He is actually. This is one of the best reasons to have a manager actually. He is now driving around in our car, hopefully not getting into any trouble where he is going to reverse, looking for a 24-hr garage. So God bless him. So that's the bad news.
